To be sure that the request is made by you, the Counsellor will ask you for a copy of your identity papers as supplemental to your request. In this copy you should cover your passphoto, MRZ (machine-readable zone), and identity numbers. This is for the protection of your privacy.

The Counsellor responds as quickly as possible, within four weeks, on your request.
